  • Up to 95% of Purchase Price LTC

  • Up to 80% of After-Repair value ARV

  • Must own a their own home

  • 12 months balloon

  • Income and employment history not required

  • Experience 3 flips in the past 2 years

  • US Citizens, US residents, ITIN

  • Personal guarantee required

  • Must close in a LLC

  • No appraisal

  • 100k to $3M

  • Rates as low as 9.25%

  • No PPP or exit points


After each phase of the renovation, an inspection checks the progress, ensuring everything's on track as planned, before releasing the next draw of funds.


FLIP 1 year:

  • 660+ credit score

  • 20% down payment + closing cost

  • For investors only

  • Must own a their own home

  • 1 year balloon

  • Income and employment history not required

  • Collections do not matter

  • US Citizens, US residents, ITIN

  • Must close under an LLC

  • Personal guarantee required

  • No appraisal

FLIP 2 years:

  • Credit score no required

  • 30%-35% down payment + closing cost
