Asset Depletion Loan


Turn assets into supplemental income with our simple calculations:  

  • (Standard) Option 1: Assets ÷ 84 = Monthly Income

  • (Standard) Option 2: Assets ÷ 60 = Monthly Income

  • (Alt) Option 3: Assets ÷ 36 = Monthly Income

  • (Alt) Option 4: Assets-in-full equal to or greater than loan amount, no income calculation

  • 50% of Bitcoin balances

  • 100% of IRAs and 401Ks (no age restriction)

  • No income docs or employment info required

  • Up to 90% LTV (no MI)
