Qualifications

Since this is a conventional loan product designed to support affordable housing, there are several key requirements to be aware of:

  • Any location in Florida

  • Your household income must not exceed $73,600

  • Only for single-unit primary residences.

  • Minimum 640 credit score.

  • The maximum loan amount for this conventional option is capped at $350,000.

  • Up to 3% Seller Help/Concessions allow.

  • Gift Money OK

  • Buyer must contribute at least 1% of their own.
